Advanced Radiology
Marketing and Sales Collateral (2016-2022)

As the sole marketing professional for Advanced Radiology, one of Connecticut’s largest independent radiology practices, it was important that I be able to act as designer as well as strategist and director. The use of Adobe Creative Suite is, I believe, essential to any design process for print. All print collateral for Advanced Radiology, from prescription pads to advertising to white papers, was created using primarily InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Advanced Radiology Website (2020)

Because I was the sole marketing professional at Advanced Radiology, it was necessary for me to learn WordPress to be able to manage and update our company website. With the help of our IT staff, I was able to learn this application to a degree that allowed me to make improvements and updates quickly as the company changed product offerings, procedures, and clinical locations.

Healthfirst Provider Website
Update Proposal (2025)

PowerPoint is essential for presenting information to anyone in the corporate world. I use it daily for strategic planning, proposals, team meetings, and in almost any group setting, particularly when presenting virtually. This presentation was given to marketing executives to outline my proposed updates to our public providers website, HFProviders.org.

Expedia Regional Marketing Program (2012)

As Expedia grew from an online travel agent startup into a global Fortune 500 company in the early 2000s, their technology and logistics needs grew exponentially. Their solutions drove them to become a worldwide media solutions and affiliate network corporation in addition to their travel business. Their success relied in large part to a global network of sales representatives.

Despite their technological prowess, Expedia business development involved primarily person-to-person meetings between corporate travel managers and Expedia salespeople. These salespeople relied upon collateral they put in the hands of potential clients.

Delivering that collateral to such a large network presented a logistical challenge - how could they deliver a consistent brand experience across more than 70 countries, in 17 languages, fulfilling constant demand in a timely fashion, while shipping material to almost everywhere on Earth?

The solution was a globally-accessible, regionally-based online ordering system. Executives at Expedia presented their need to my team, and we developed the step-by-step process through which collateral templates could be selected from an archive designed in compliance with Expedia brand guidelines, yet unique to its region of the world. Once chosen, each template could be customized by a Regional Manager for a specific client. Completed collateral files were then sent to one of several regional print suppliers for quotation. Upon quote approval, each piece was printed and drop shipped to its predetermined location where the salesperson would receive it for their client meeting.

I led the agency team that developed the process and designed the online interface. We worked with third-party developer Clevertech (now Lumenalta) to create the digital application. Our designs were created in Adobe InDesign, which after client approval were used as “blueprints” from which the developers coded the application.
